Scout makes sense of Atticus's earlier remark about you dont know a man until you are in there shoes and walk around in them. When she is standing on the Radley's porch she realized everything Boo had ever went through. She said that she didn't need to be in his shoes and that just standing on his porch explained enough.

The book Atticus picked out was "The Gray Ghost". It connected to the novel earlier becuase the book ( The Gray Ghost ) was a scary type of story, and earlier on in the novel ( To Kill a Mockingbird )there were some scary events that can relate to "The Gray Ghost" book. This is how the book can relate to earlier events in "To Kill a Mockingbird".

I liked how the Aurthur summarized the earlier events into the ending. It fit really well into the ending because Scout is standing on the Radley porch seeing her and Jem doing all these things together...just how Boo Radley would of saw them.

It wasn't a real big surprise because what they said and heard about boo Radley was only stories. The Story prepared you to think that Boo was really mean and grouchy. That's what I think about Boo Radley.

The events in the final chapter explain the first sentence because Jem broke his arm due to the events in the final chapters
