Dill's explanation of Jem losing his pants almost lands him in trouble because Dill said that they were playing strip poker by the fishpool and Miss Rachel heard and she started to get very angry but Atticus saves Dill from being lectured by Miss Rachel. This is how Dill almsot gets in a load of trouble.

Scout disapproves of Jem's and Dill's plan of looking in at one of the Radley's windows because when Dill's and Jem's plan of giving a note to Boo Radley back fired, it back fired because Atticus seen them and tells them to stay awayfrom the Radley's home unless they are invited. Mr. Nathan Radley knows that who ever was in his yard was an actual person, and it was a boy cause of what the pants looked like and that it was probably a white boy. I think Miss. Stephanie says a "negro" because she doesn't know who else would of went into his yard.
