Why does Atticus ask Bob Ewell to write out his name? What does the jury see when he does this?

  2. What are the main points in Heck Tate's evidence? What does Atticus show in his cross-examination of Sheriff Tate?

    The evidence Atticus used in the cross examination is how the witness was writing with his left and right hands. The woman who was beaten had a bruise over her right eye, the hand we wrote with could have effected which eye the accused used to hit her. That is the evidence Atticus used during the cross-examination.

  4. What do you learn from Bob Ewell's evidence?

    I learned that he mr. Bob Ewell could of beat her daughter and just said it was Tom Robinson, i know this because Bob is left handed and Mayella had a bruse on her face on her right but if you looked at her it was your right , which is why he could of done it

  5. Why does Atticus ask Bob Ewell to write out his name? What does the jury see when he does this?
    The Jury saw that Bob Ewell was a left handed person. It showed that Mr. Ewell could of beaten up Mayella cause she was mainly beaten upon the right side so that means a left handed person would of done it.
